To enable employees, clients, and other stakeholders to report unethical, illegal, or unsafe practices without fear of retaliation.
1.2 Scope
Covers:
• Financial misconduct, fraud, or misrepresentation.
• Data breaches or security failures.
• Harassment, discrimination, or workplace misconduct.
• Violations of anti-bribery and corruption laws.
1.3 Reporting Process
1. Confidential Reporting: Reports can be made anonymously via an independent hotline or email.
2. Internal Investigation: A compliance officer will review the report within 5 working days.
3. Corrective Action: Necessary actions will be taken, including legal escalation if required.
1.4 Protection for Whistleblowers
• No retaliation, dismissal, or discrimination will be tolerated against whistleblowers.
• Malicious or false accusations will be subject to disciplinary action.
